Traveling Sri Lanka
Spending the first quarter of the year 2023 in Sri Lanka with the main intention to progress my surfing, after a few weeks, the fear of missing out on this country’s culture and sights made me decide to travel to different parts of this beautiful island for a few days – away from the surfer’s paradise on its southern coastline: heading direction the northern-central part to visit Sigiriya (Lions Rock) and Kandy (Temple of the Tooth), taking the train to the highlands and tea plantations of Nuwara Eliya and Ella and from there back to the south. Absolutely worth it! This gallery features pictures from this journey through the country as well as a set of pictures, taken in the south where i spent most of the time.
