Documenting the art of surfboard craftsmanship in October 2024 in Ericeira, Portugal with Miguel Angel Megias aka Megias Shapes | INDA Surfboards. I met Miguel through a common friend and got immediately excited about his surfboard-designs. So I decided to get the perfect new board – I had been searching for unsuccessfully – custom made by Miguel.
This provided the perfect opportunity to document the art of surfboard shaping which I wanted to do since quite some time and I think Miguel was the perfect match in terms of his appearance and my style of photography.
